TR7 headlights

I have a 1979 TR7 coupe. The headlights both go up BUT the pasenger side headlight does not go down. Any suggerstions?? Thanks.

I would start by checking the relays. Also take a look at the headlight switch. Remove it and give the connections a good cleaning, keeping in mind the switch is old brittle plastic and to use care.

I had the same problem and was lucky that I only had to clean the connections down at the motor. Didn't really make sense that the lights would go up but not down with bad connection.

if that doesn't work you may have to lube the pivot(hinge bolt)point. the bolt may have some crud/rust build up.
