You come to Texas and you get only the best Bar-B-Que, with Texas size onion rings!
Unless you are in the mood for Cajon, Then you get Treebeard's Shrimp Étouffée.

What would the wedge world do without JClay?

That is all the interior pieces for the TR8. Everything else is fairly well organized. Michael will tell you that I know where everything is, right?

Love that eatery menu. As usual I wouldn't be able to make up my mind as I'd want to try them all. I think I'll go have something to eat now.

I will say Clay was an excellent host for my cultural and automotive tour of Houston. I have to say I have traveled the US meeting different TR7 & 8 owners from washington state to georgia and always an open arm and yes we talk about cars but also we are plays into the conversation.
The BBQ was so good I ate lunch there again today and because of Clay's hospitality I met the owner after the owner's son remeber me from the day before. I got some spices and a hat to remember the restaurant. I also got a part for my rally car project Clay was using as a wheel caulk, just kidding it was a transmission mount bracket from an SD1. He was in his nice hawaian shirt and white shorts cleaning it for me. I do have to say we all have a chaotic garage in other peoples opinion but we know where ever nut, bolt and clamp is!
Clay thanks a million.....your ever in Maryland its crab cake for everyone!
