The Capri vented brakes will also fit inside 13" inch steel wheels.
A thin spacer is needed between the hub and wheel (I think about 1/8") and the callipers will need to be fettled where they touch the inside of the wheel. IIRC I had to grind a couple of millimetres from a couple of spots. I'd heard they'd fit inside 13" 7 alloys without modification but if Beans had to fit a spacer I'd follow his lead on this.
I ran these brakes inside the steel wheels for about 20 years until the choice of tyres became limited, then changed to 14".
