foillowing an ebay listing for some tr7 rear lights that would also fit evante, i had to google them evante sports cars tr7 rear lights. something else added to my knowledge base of useless information.

I think another piece of useless information is that the TR7 / TR8 rear lights were also used on the early Midas Coupe cars!

That Midas Coupe reminds me of the Pontiac Aztek. Also described as ugly I kind of liked it. But then I liked the AMC Gremlin too. Guess I'm just weird or my training in design (Architecture) is way too advanced.[8D]
