I've not insured my wife to drive the TR,( or the Bond either), it sits on the drive waiting patiently for me. (the car not the wife!)[:D]

Be pleased.

For quite a few around here the complaint is that their ladies don't want to go anywhere near a Triumph. Better she pinches it than hates it.

Yes, I'm torn. On the one hand my wife says that it is "our" car. On the other she doesn't want to drive or even ride in it until the interior is done. Gee, I wonder why the interior hasn't been done yet? [:D] It would be nice if she'd go for a ride with me in it once in a while though.

In the same boat as most. Would rather drive in A/C'd Integra than wind in her hair. Hasn't ridden in it since windblocker installed. Took one or two stick lessons in Honda Civic years back and that was the end of it.

No problems here, wife has her own FHC, nor does she need a sunny day to drive it as she uses it every day for work for 6 months of the year.

You know it, Don! Brought a smile to my face. Wedgie Guys rock, but it makes my heart happy when the ladies are at the wheel! [:D]

Jim, your comment about the interior strikes a chord. My LBC pals are always surprised when they meet DH as he is a big/tall guy. "He can't even fit in Spidey, can he?" I laugh and respond with- "Funny. You guys seem to think that happened by accident." FTR, DH can fit....it just takes a jar of Vaseline and a shoehorn! LOL. [}:)][:p]

Hey, I'm 6'3" and I fit just fine. Sure it would be nice if the accelerator pedal had a bit shorter throw and was closer to the floor at legal speeds. [:D]
