Classic Car Mart Article

Postby Rust Restorer » 04 Sep 2010 19:00

Gill had a photoshoot and twin test up in our FHC against a Fiat X/19 and we received acopy of the October mag today. Was a reasonable article, showed the TR7 FHC in quite good light, especially as a cheap, reliable runner, with all parts affordable.

I made sure TR Drivers Club and Club Triumph got a website mention in article. Magazine due out shortly.

A little preview of the mag at my site here http://www.andys-tr7.co.uk/4436.html

Andy,

Will lookout for this mag article and glad you added some free publicity for the TR Drivers club and TR7 marque.

On seperate note, did Alfa have a mid engine car in the 80's

Dont know Jim, Only other affordable one I can think of is Toyota MR2, and I think that came out mid eighties, so cant realy compare against TR7. Met the Fiat X/19 owner today at Norfolk Gala Classic Show, who told me the article was written, not by the guy testing the cars, but by another guy, remotely based on the testers notes.
