any young drivers?

just wanted to ask is there anybody young driving a tr7 or tr7 v8?
i am 18 years old and sine i was 16 ive been rebuilding my tr7 (including reconditioning the v8)and i have put wider arches, bodykit and door mirrors as a improvement

I am 22 and on my second Triumph (used to have a Dolly Sprint) now on my First TR7!

nice! i guess insurance on a tr7 was hell then? my tr7 i got insurance quote ok 2k

I'm 26 and on my 2nd TR, I also founded and run the Youth Group within the TR Register where we have loads of Triumph nuts in their teens and 20's - check out the Facebook group or come and party at Malvern for the TR International:

On the dolly i had £450 TPF&T (with SP30 and 1year NCB) and its now £500 Comp (inc extras's and the above) On the TR7. Thats with Lancasters.
Its still cheaper than most newer cars insurance.

Well, I was 25yrs old when I first got into restoring/driving my wedges. But dont know if I count...Im almost at 40 yrs old now [:0]

Gee, using that logic, I could be considered a young driver too. I got my first Spitfire when I was 16, sure that was in 1974, but I was really young.[:D]

I had my first TR7 when I was 19. The good old days, living with Mum & Dad, loads of money to burn. [:D]
Then a TR free period of getting married, house, kids etc. [:(]
Now I'm in my 40's, kids are grown up & I've got a TR8!! [:D][:D][:D]

I was only 14 when the silver tr7 came home for the first time.........
mind you it took 15 years before I could get the keys to drive the thing for the first time [B)][B)][B)]
