Went to the local show today (see Hudson thread if you want to see the "other" three wedges.....) and stumbled across something I honestly didn't expect to see again !!

Grace to my cleverly installed tr7.com logo, found my old (ex-Klutz) '78 FHC !!!

No, I haven't! (9 cars)!

I do wonder what happened to Ol' Yeller. I gave her away to a guy in Dallas, who gave her to someone else . . .

Never sold a TR7 in my life.
Only sold a Mini Cooper in 1994 and a Land Rover 110 DT in 2004.
I tend to stick to my cars pretty long [:D]

But your wife can get really upset when she goes out and mows the back yard and finds two TR7s. She never did figure out how I got them over the fence![:p]

I traded a 79 Mustang 4cyl. on an 86 Mustang 6cyl., and about 3 weeks later, when I went over to my best friend's house, apparently his neighbor across the street bought the car for his daughter. I remember that the body was mint on it,and it had a small yellow Ziebart sticker in the left corner. But definitely my old car!

I have come across 3 past cars, a Triumph Herald, nearly a year after selling her on saw it parked in the same street where I worked[:0]
The next one was a Triumph 2500TC, this was 3 years after selling the car, a friend of mine who I had only known for about 1 year asked me if I had previously own this car he had bought, my name and address was on the ownership papers[:D]
And the third time I came across another old car it weren't a Triumph, so who cares[:0]
I had an email from a friend of my 2 months ago to say that my old Triumph 2000, which I sold in 2002 was parked outside his work place, This one didn't count as I never saw the car[V]

The car is unable to handle my driving capabilities

I keep hoping my old GT6 will turn up at the annual Triumph weekend at the Taupo circuit - just so I can blow him off the track with the mighty TR7V8! [}:)]

Jclay, I am in desperate need of your help, & advice.

How on earth do you get your wife to mow the back yard?

I have never seen a car I have sold after I have sold it. Just as well as to me they're like wives and wouldn't seem right to see them going around with someone else.[:0]

Buy her an electric start, self propelled lawnmower like I did!

PS, she won't let me mow the grass after my heart attack and broken foot. She does make sure to send in the life insurance payments each month!

Jclay, mate, I've got a 15 horse power ride on mower, [Lawn Tractor
in US speak], & she won't go near it. It's even a luxury US made
John Deere, topless model, with hot & cold open air, & even that
dosen't get her interested.

My youngset daughter did mow the acre & a quarter around the house
once, after my last heart attack, but only once.

It's a tough life, out here in the younger colonies.

Ah, It's the topless model thing that scares her!

Is she keeping your life insurance paid up?
