I do understand the sentiments but I do like to drive mine ... a silver one from my collection had been out of the spraybooth for less than 2 hous before someone opened a door in a car park and chipped my door.

My red TR7 prototype was on the TRDC at the NEC last November after a complete strip and repaint .... came home with 2 scratches and a small ding.

... but these things happen and although annoying, I do get a lot of pleasure from driving them around Europe :)

mine had its first venture out this year just around estate lol its been boxed in by an mg and tr6 all winter, but had a rearrange saturday now awaiting to be used and is in pole position by roller shutter,
if you factor in the earth's rotation, we are all speeding
