Ebay categories - grrrr

Postby scribe » 27 Sep 2015 09:30

I do a search on ebay for TR7 parts every day and sort by newly listed to see if anything hard to come by that I need pops up.

I've come to the conclusion that ebay needs to add a category alongside the car parts category labelled "generic crap that isn't really of interest to you"....... you know for things titled "Exhaust paste (fits TR7)"

That way I can filter out all that crap and see what actually may be useful. Grrrrr.

Rant over. Carry on.

For extranious things that keep popping up, just put a minus sign in front of the keyword and it won't show up. This can get a little long so save the string then copy and paste it in at the next search. Example to stop getting the TR7 model short wave radios coming up you wouls search for TR7 -radio etc. depending what you were trying to eliminate. In your example you would search for TR7 -paste to eliminate the exhaust paste from showing up.
