I've searched high and low with no luck. Clay had posted some pictures of the correct and incorrect clutch for the TR7. Does anyone know where they are?

Hi,

The splines are the same on four and five speed plates, the five speed has more torsion springs on the centre plate. The big difference is self centering and non self centering bearings.

If you are looking for a new clutch, I would stick to a brand name like Borg and Beck sometimes sold under the AP (Automotive Products) name. The 5 speed clutch is backward compatible with the 4 speed. I got mine from Moss UK via a local distributor a few years back but you can get yours locally at BPNW.
