Yes you could use them it is the same PCD 4x3 3/4", or 4x95.25 in metric.
But the Offset is about 35mm so you lose 10 mm .. I would not go for these .. MGF are good about same Offset like TR7: 1 " = 25mm : the smaller the offset, rims come out the more (wider track) so look for the MG -- there are some Caterham with Offset 0 but these will not fit under the Fender ..
But remember, if the rim is wider at the same offset is wider on both sides
