Your missing the point Chris ... a workshop manual doesn't have to be read every day , but it is important for it to be there when you need it.
The whole concept behind the manual is to group all the tech articles in one easy to find area, therefore saving a little time when "searching" at a later day.

I really don't understand why this section bothers you so much ??

Ron, my older articles are dropping off The Workshop Manual. The article on reading spark plugs, the article on the mixture tool made from a straw, and something else which I can't recall are !!!GONE!!!

The Workshop Manual is supposed to be a permanent repository, or a library for reference materials. It is imperative a way be found to recover the missing articles and safeguard them for the future.

Can this be done?

If not, then each of us must copy and save these publications for future use. I did not make copies of those articles and cannot recreate them from memory.

Hi Mildred,

If you do a search on ' plugs ' and only select 'The Workshop manual ' as the only section you want to search in, you will find it is still there -

A slightly long winded way of finding the info you want but at least its still there

Cheers John

Thank You! Thank You, so much! Using your hint, I've resurrected the articles back into the queue.

This is an important lesson of Life. Our 'Library' of reference material will require annual refreshing of it's content. A simple 'Bump' will suffice. As one's article nears it's one year birthday, please keep it in the current inventory.

Thank you, again.
