Well, got the TR on a mate's ramp today, found the water leak, it's coming from a core plug, which has been bodged with silicon sealant, just stuffed into it.[:(]
Thing is, the engine has been out of the car and painted, so why not sort the core plugs when you did that? New core plugs agogo!
Luckily, the offending item is easy to get at from underneath.
