Stevie-I bought a duck hunting decoy flocking kit with 2lbs of black flocking, applicator bottle and directions. I had to buy Bulldog Adhesion Promoter and Duplicolor satin trim paint. I sanded the dash areas to be flocked with an orbital sander and 150 grit paper. Then wiped it down with wax and grease remover. Taped off the edges and sprayed the adhesion promoter in 2 coats. I used an open plastic container to apply the flocking. Before the flocking I put a medium to heavy layer of trim paint immediately followed by putting on the flock. Give it about 15 seconds and remove the excess by blowing and shaking the part. This is the first coat. I sprayed a heavy layer over the flocking on the whole area and got it good and saturated and again immediately applied the flocking and removed extra. Touch up is easy but you have to be careful.
