Whats a good price?

Postby Chubster » 04 Jul 2010 10:35

Seriously thinking about selling the car, what do you reckon would be a fair price for a sorted 7 running a V8. Has a new about every thing and has done 3K since a full rebuild?[8]

Cheers Guys but seriously i've decided its time to sell having owned it since 95. The spec sheet is four A4 pages and so hopefully it will go to someone who spends as much time polishing as me! Not too sure how to advertise it though. I've decided to go for a Focus RS! (sorry)![:p][8]

weirdly i parked alongside one as the guy was getting out today, it was a bright green, one of the newest ones. The RS focus's and most of the cosworths seemed to be owned by middle aged men with a "crisis" please tell me that's not the case[:p] don't you think that they look like a standard focus but one that's been covered in wallpaper paste and driven around a branch of halfords like some kind of trolly dash? rear drive German every time for me.... I hear the Focus is good around a track though, for a front wheel drive.

You'll regret selling the TR, you know you will[:D]

I must be a middle aged man with a crisis as Ive owned my Focus RS for 5 years. Its absolutely brilliant and makes every journey special, its so quick both in a straight line and round corners. I thought I would keep it forever but now that its replacement has arrived I may have to sell it but it will be a sad day if I do.
