The problem with that type of under coating alone is it is known to crack with age, traps water, then rusts underneath it. That's happened in a few places to Yellow TCT but believe it's just surface rust. I won't know for sure until I get it up on rotisserie and scrape off the undercoating
I think an antichip coating like POR-15 or POR-15 Chassis Black (over paint) then a covering like Lizard Skin or spray on truck bed coatings with the rubbery coating left for the wheel wells and under sills where it will take the brunt of stones kicked up by tires.
