The engine uses SAE, Body uses metric. Question is what's part of the engine and whats part of the body. I've just taken my slave off to replace o ring on pump (my only oil leak.) The clutch slave bolts are metric (8Mx1.25) and the oil pump bolts right next to it are SAE 5/16" UNF. This for 4 cyl. and according to John the same for V8 bellhousing. You can double check bolt measurements in official manual or a tap and die set will have gauges in it. The set is handy to have to chase all nuts and bolts to get off rust, oxidation and burrs so you can assemble with torque settings to act correctly.
