Hi,
Yes been to Bruntingthorpe several times. Agree with you about the Vulcan once seen never forgotten. Had the Vulcan fly over our house on it's way back home, it was my fault for leaving the landing light on!
You may be interested in this event I've booked in already

Held at Wellesbourne airfield "wings and Wheels" Sun 21st June
The Vulcan here (XM655) is not airworthy but does several high speed passes. It's near Stratford upon Avon.

Do you attend Waddington and display the TR?
I know they do have a classic car display and would like to go this year if you know who to apply to

Hi Martin, totally agree, once seen never forgotten, i went to Wellsbourne, in 2004, it was the 40th anniversary and they had all the cars from that period also, cracking day out, although i was very suprised how short the runway was there, but neverthe less to hear those Olypus engines fire up is awsome in itself and the journey was good too, love Warwickshire
