There is a Triumph show next Sunday at Crich Tramway Museum (Derbyshire) which I will try and get to. I went there years ago for the museum itself and really enjoyed it. For the entrance fee you can ride on the different old trams as much as you want in a really lovely location. There are also lots of trams in sheds to view as well. If you take your Triumph the driver gets free admission & the passenger(s) pay normal price, I'm told. Not sure if you have to be there by a certain time, though. Deb x

I really appreciate when members talk about/and promote shows, any little bit helps it getting the peeps out to events.

Don't forget to bring your camera Deb, and share the day with us [;)]

btw, I moved your thread to the events section, just to keep things organized.

Ron.

Was a really good day out last year despite being rather cold. The Triumphs are parked on the streets and car parks in the museum area itself to add to the atmosphere. Only slight downside was that the TR7's particularly were considered by the museum as being rather too new and not really fitting the time of the museum. There was some talk that as from this year they might restrict the cars admitted to the street to those registered before a certain year, sorry don't remember what year it was, and no idea if that restriction ever came to anything. Great day out though even if you have to park in the main car park.

There are some pics of last years event here:

Not sure but you might need to register to see them - if you do it's free.

Can't make it this year though as I'm off to the Lake District this weekend.
