Here's an idea.......
How about members who post on here put a card (buisness card size) on their windscreen with their forum name on it.
So newbies like me can put faces and cars to forum names......

Ha!
Told you I was a newbie.
Reading through lots of posts trying to catch up.
Re- Drag car at Billing, I live near to billing and attend various shows there, Tha American auto club have a "burnout" comp on the concrete pad in the middle of the display field. So don't see a problem there.

Hope to see a few Premiums and Sprints. Im hoping the Coca Cola car is ready for the big day. The new wiring loom is almost finished, its taken us a week to convert a NOS TR8 one, once its installed we will start to clean up the engine.
As already mentioned I would like to see a few TR6s, if you know anyone who has one, ask them to bring it along or PM me their details.

Gaz, Ive not taken the pedal car out of its packaging yet, been too busy at work. We are going to make it into a replica of the Coke car. Its in superb condition, should only need a small amount of preparation.

"I've not taken the pedal car out of its packaging yet"

I'm not surprised . . . hopefully someone will have a video camera when you do. There's about 30 yards of 2.5 foot wide bubble wrap and a whole roll of brown parcel tape cocooning the blighter. I don't pack things by halves. Unravelling that lot should be fun !![:D]

Cheers,

Alec

A drag TR7 what a draw.

What other specials have we got coming?

Just a reminder to all this year we will have a road run on the Saturday and a different run on Sunday.

More details to follow closer to the weekend.

If it is not in your diary get it in there.
