Just thinking out loud here guys.
Is anyone out there planning on going to the annual British Car Gatehering in Dobson NC in April? The dates are April 13-15, TWOA Secretary David Elsberry and I are both planning to attend, and if there are more than a few wedge heads coming, we'd like to make it a regional event for TWOA as well.
The Gathering is probably the biggest bargain in the British car hobby. A Friday mountain road tour with an auction that night, Saturday car show and Sunday autocross all for $20. Plus, it's early in the season, everything is in bloom and the Blue Ridge Mountain scenery is sublime. The host club (Triumph Club of the Carolinas) is very friendly and everyone's in a good mood.
