A cracking show, made a lot better this year by the relaxed attitude of the organising committee.
We had a stand with nearly 40 TRs of all ages through from 2 to 8 and including a Peerless. The "Wedges" were attracting just as much attention as all the others - but the car that got more attention was a little blue Dolomite which seemed to be the star of the stand.
At least we had a 7 a 7V8 and my 8 resplendant in all shades of Poseidon Green.
Good to meet friends old and new, next year we hope to have an even bigger stand so I need more Wedges Please!!!
The Red car was really interesting - started life just as a shell for a Norwich Union advert. The owner has spent years creating a really special car which looks like a real stunner.
Cheers
